What is the Meaning & Definition of rain of Ideas

Known as brainstorming (or also popular in English as brainstorming) is a didactic and practical process which intends to generate mental creativity with respect to a topic. As its name implies, brainstorming is to think quickly and spontaneously in ideas, concepts or words that may be related to a previously defined theme and who, then, can serve different purposes. The process of brainstorming is nowadays widely used in areas such as business meetings, classes, discussions, etc. The notion of brainstorming based on the fact broaden participation, democratize it, everyone in the space in which the meeting or event takes place. This is so because it is considered that many minds, with its peculiarities, better contribute to the generation of ideas and possible projects, that one. Brainstorming then begins with the definition of a topic or perhaps also with the establishment of conflict or a problem to solve. Which are then invited members or submit them to propose ideas, concepts, solutions and ways of acting, with respect to that issue or conflict raised. This is much less structured and rigid than other known planning techniques. It is important for brainstorming to work properly to give a more or less period of time at the time of participation open to all and then move to a second stage in which these concepts must be polished, sorted, classified and, if necessary, removed from the list. The process of debugging can be performed by a professional or known about the topic to work (for example, the professor in class) but in some cases it can be completed by the same number of people who participated before.
